VoS Bugs and/or Maybe WAI Stuff

Player died at second boss and respawned at dungeon entrance (this used to happen in T9G, but was fixed).
Player died at final boss and respawned at dungeon entrance.
Pulling new player into existing run does not always put them at the last reached campfire (we were at final boss, they spawned at 2nd boss campfire).
In the maze, all players entering through the same interact does not always put all players at the same location on the other side of the shrub.
In maze get stuck in combat when combat is occurring on other side of shrub and cannot use the interact to get through the shrub.
Final boss, 1 player was killed by first hypo and received 2 death heads.

    I also experienced all of the above yesterday. However I do believe the separation of the party members in the maze is working as intended as far a I know. The spawning players at the beginning and the double dead head tho was troubling

    1 death 2 skulls is typical for soulforged armour enchant. It is its most dominant feature: doubling the amount of revive sickness. It is nothing VoS specific.

    That’s the issue. I’m not wearing soulforged, never have and never will.

    No sense in making another thread. Prince of Frost AoE attack changes location at times. Video related. It also happens on final boss.

    Standing on campfire doesn't visually reset the +1 scores timer.

    I have also experienced the respawn at the dungeon entrance and have been in runs where it happened to others. If they have VIP they have to signpost out, then return to the dungeon instance...

    Some bugs I’ve noticed as well since last patch; Occasionally can’t leave combat in Vos to collect chests, golems still rotate cleave and now seem to stand still for longer making mechs problematic, prince of frost still rotates cleave, some striker comps stand motionless in combat; examples, Acolyte of kelemvor, dedicated squire. Not to mention disconnecting every third dungeon load in, even though thats been happening for a while. (On ps4)

    I have also experienced disconnecting or someone in our group disconnecting on dungeon load in on xbox.
