Mark of Stamina Drain doesn't work

in Bug Reports (PC)
I can demonstrate by being in combat with 1 other character and they just standing and I full out attack, while their stamina meter doesn't drop at all.

    Update to this post. The overload works but not always. I can't figure out why/when it does/doesn't.
