after I buy a ZEN product is it in the PROMO tab?

Hey guys
after I buy a ZEN product is it in the PROMO tab?

I bought the phase spider and when I went to look there it was in the PROMO tab

    Yes, because all characters on the account can grab it from there.

    Yes, I understand ... but it did not exist before. It appeared after I bought the phase spider. So everything I buy will appear there?

    the companions i bought with zen show in the zen store as free. i haven't bought mounts in the zen store but the account ones i got from lockboxes show in the promo tab

    Its likely due to the golden pack having the phase spider, I bound the green slime from the pack and it added it there. Likely a small coding issue with copying items.

    Generally, whatever you buy that is reclaimable.

    So, I didn't buy with ZEN. I bought at AH with AD. That's why I'm confused

    Account wide stuff either will appear in Zen store (comps&mounts, not packs) or Promo/Claim tabs, like that Phase Spider you bought. Those items usually have "account" word in their names.
