Can’t interact with NPC to start The Soul Keeper

My 49,271 IL Ranger cannot interact with Marrisara Winterwhite to get the quest to start The Soul Keeper. He finished part 1 Iron Tooth ages ago. He has never as I recall been able to receive quests from this NPC but finished pt. 1 anyway. My Warlock alt can interact with Winterwhite and start The Soul Keeper. This is very frustrating as he is my main character. I can give you his name and my gamertag if needed. I also submitted a ticket, but they always tell me to post here. Please help.

    Did you claim all the campaign rewards?

    Excellent question. I had not claimed the lake shirt but claiming it did not help. Do I need to complete the rest of pt 1 again? I have 325 total with all rewards now claimed. But at the top of pt 1 campaign window it says 35/100 as I had overflow. I never did granny snapper or the crossing quest in pt. 1. I’m still offered other 5 pt quests for pt. 1. Looks like I really messed things up for myself. Still can’t start Pt 2.

    I assume you need to finish all the part 1 campaign quests such as granny and crossing. I don't mean their weekly version though. If you don't know what the weekly version I talked about, most likely you did not do those campaign quests.

    Yes, I needed to do 4 main quests in pt.1. Now I can access pt. 2. Problem solved. I was the bug. Thank you for all your help plasticbat!
