Angel of Life is bugged or what?

=) Maybe im just stupid, idk actually, but im interested if Ange of Life feat supposed to work like this:
Holding tab for 4 sec to receive the effect Ange of Life that's clear. But where is my heal from that cast? :cold_sweat:
We read the description of the Feat very carefully but we couldin't figure it out! It won't specify =)=)
I found that kinda hmm kaka actually. It should also provide the healing on the marked target. Or at least inform the payer that it isn't.

Also I found this Feat kinda unreliable. Insead of 12 seconds it should give the user idk like 5 encounters without the divinity cost. Because in this current way if you time it wrong it all goes to waste.

    the main use of angel of life for me is to be able to use heals and regain divinity back in that duration with the help of divine glow - you time the use of this to manage your divinity.
