home for dead or dying guilds (alliance formation)

is your guild dead or mostly dead and you're happy that way? still building casually so some perks from being in an alliance would be nice but don't want to deal with the bullwack of a baby alliance? are you an explorers guild that is just in existence to be an explorers alliance and no more?
