in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Item description say recharge in 160 sec after use. Actual time after use is nearly 1 hour. You wiki reports recharge in 60s.

    60 seconds seems about right for when mine is ready to go again; however, I've noticed that sometimes it seems to trigger without delivering much/any damage.

    Are you seeing a bug where the ring will go off again after a minute but doesn't actually do anything for an hour? (Meaning, the visuals occur but no damage is dealt.) I don't have any proof of this, but it would match with some observations I've made during battles.
