Bug with Skirmisher's Gambit?

I think there is a bug with Skirmisher's Gambit on the Warden paragon. It states that it will reduce critical strike by 5% and increase critical severity by 10%. However this is not happening for my Warden, neither stat is affected.

I just spent a retrain token and my crit strike and crit sev values did not change when selecting the Skirmisher's Gambit feat.

    I took a quick look at your character and it looks like your Critical Strike and Critical Severity is being modified when you equip the Skirmisher's Gambit feat. Do you have a video of this occuring?

    Nevermind - I see that the total % changes, not the raw stat. Which I assume means the Skirmisher's Gambit applies to the "other" part of the stats. Sure would be nice if you could see what makes up a given stat ...

    I am confused. From your video, Critical Strike changed from 61% to 56% (-5%) and Critical Severity changed from 59.7 to 69.2 (+9.5%). They changed except Critical Severity only up 9.5% instead of 10%.

    EDIT: Nevermind, you already noticed that.

    Number goes to "Rating contribution". e.g. +3000 goes to "Rating contribution" (calculated against item level).
    % goes to "Other contribution". e.g. "+3%" goes to "Other contribution".

    The easiest way to know which should change is if it gives a % then it's "other" if it gives a value then it's "rating".

    "Other" doesn't have a number to divide by, where as "rating" is value/TIL. So anything that has says a number added to value.

    Unless it's broken of course e.g. says adds +5%, but actually multiples value by 1.05.
