i cant equip the new mount on my alt characters

I got this error after claiming it when I tried to equip it on 2 of my toons. Both of these toons already have the Omnipotent equip power, but at a lower level from different mounts (2 different Crag Cats).

I'm trying to equip the mythic version of the new mount.

i cant equip the new mount on my alt characters
