  It should stat that binds on equip character. I am expecting this mount to be claimable on all characters without any additional grind. That is missing.

  May be I have played too long. I personally do not expect getting a account wide mount for a 30 minutes grind.

  Account bound means you can equip it to any (but only one) of your characters but you can't sell or auction it to other players. If you want that mount to an other character too, you have to buy the mount again and pass it to that character.
  Binds on equip means you can sell or auction that mount (before equip) if you don't wish to use it.
