Ancient Bug re Minsc?

A little humorous diversion from all the serious bugs. Got my "Reached L60" mail today.

So did Minsc use a re-roll token, or change his appearance?

Hmmm... [stares at Archduid Morningdawn]

Minsc is supposed to be a ranger although he does not want to act like a Neverwinter ranger. He probably wants to be Chuck Norris type of ranger.

So the Archdruid transformed him into a medieval Chuck Norris. LOL

Minsc is a character from the Baldur's Gate games and is from the Second Edition era. Like other NPCs, he isn't restricted in weapon choices as PCs are. He is a ranger, built in a way that PCs aren't allowed to build, because of the way the game is designed. Bow and two hand weapons aren't a defining part of the ranger class outside of Neverwinter, anyway.

Indeed, Minsc is special. He is I think the only human character to bridge 2:e and 5:e

Anyway, in 2:e Barbarians, Fighters, Paladins, and Rangers are proficient with simple weapons and martial weapons (everything apart from exotics).
When wielding a single 2 handed melee weapon gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon.
