To fellow players: The only purpose of this post is frustration self-relief, i perfectly know support or player feedback in games is a joke.
To make things short, my boons farming became a PITA, it takes ages, i almost die on a bunch of goblins and on bosses, you need to known how to run away. No matter class, race, parangon. I tried every power/rune/enchant combination i can without selling a kidney, I was not able to regain the level i had against mobs.
I contributed to the game because i was happy with it, and i hope the taste of my money was good, because there will be no more.

I had been logging in for my daily key, but I'm gone for good now. If they're not going to fix it after this long, then as far as they're concerned it's working as intended.
