Character no longer has arms or torso after change appearance token used.

My level 74 ranger was created back at the launch of the game. I went to change her appearance (I have never done this with her) and when I came out of the change appearance interface, she had no torso or arms. When I go back into the change appearance area she still has no arms or torso. I have checked on my other characters and they can all change appearance without loosing their arms and torso. Gear can cover the missing arms and torso. Some fashion makes arms and torso reappear.

1) Log into character created back at game launch that has never had change appearance done.
2) Go and use change appearance token on them.
3) Save appearance changes.
4) Check under gear to see if torso/arms are gone (mine were).

Observed Result:
Change appearance removes arms and torso.

Expected Result:
Change appearance leaves arms and torso intact.

    Lol! This is only my guess as to why they disappeared. It may not end up being because she is an old character lol. But good luck! XD

    Same Issue, Did the same thing you did to get it. My char was first created around 2013 or so.

    Weird things happen any time you alter a character from before Mod 4 without clicking on a preset and updating to a new character model. If you want to fix it, do another alteration and click a preset first before going to the customize tabs. You can take screenshots of the various sliders to help replicate your original look, should you prefer. It won't be exact due to the new (post mod 4) skins of course.
