The siegebreaker artifact has armor penetration on live server, this could be typo or it has not been modified to critical severity

The Patch Notes state:

"Siegebreaker’s Banner: Critical Severity is no longer mentioned in this artifact’s tooltips."

Shouldn't it be saying that Armor Penetration is no longer mentioned?
I have not actually logged in a looked at the effective change to the Tooltip, comment here is only on the notes.
