trouble login (PC)

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
not sure where or how to go about this so here i am. i installed ARC again so i could play Neverwinter. i go to login i type my username which is duthgar1976 i forgot my password so i reset it no problem. when i go to login it says the information was incorrect. i tried a few times got ip blocked. i do not understand what is going on. i am using the same username that is here on the forums and the new password but i keep getting error.

    uhg cant edit so im adding here. the error i get says your sign in information does not match our records. im logged on my account online why cant i login to arc?

    Have you tried running NW as a stand alone rather than through arc? Tried going into your game folder and use Neverwinter.exe to start the game. As for Arc, you should send a CS report so they can look into it.

    I tried to reset the password multiple times, nothing works. I can log in to my cryptic account, my game run through steam
