Cordon of Arrows Not Working Properly

in Bug Reports (PC)
The Ranger power Cordon of Arrows is applying its grasping roots 2 to 3 seconds after it hits, frequently missing the enemy entirely as they move out of the affected area. This means that Hunter Rangers are missing out on damage.

    Same problem here and other rooting skill like Constricting arrow also miss the additional targets :(

    This still hasn't been solved or addressed.

    I quote this, and i add that, if the enemy is moving when it hits, the enemy slip away evading the controlling part of the attack, and the consequencial damage form grasping roots. Also, the damage shows up when the grasping roots appear, making the enemy evade also the aoe part of the attack, not only the grasping roots.
