Armor appearance change Bug

in Bug Reports (PC)
Armor appearances on some of my Characters have been removed and the system is asking for AD and Gold.
There changes were made in Mod 17 in some cases
Lifesilk Spinneret on my Tiefling CW and Wood Elf TR
Ebonized set for my GWF

The weapons are remaining, it just seems to be the Chest, Bracers, and Boots.

    My headpiece had the transmute removed and is asking for 2,000 AD. I select the hood transmute that was active and the price goes up to 3,000 AD. I tried selecting fashion and then going back to gear to see if anything would change and it didn't.

    I've managed to fix some of my characters by going back and forth between loadouts and 'Apply to All' on not only appearance items but also pets and mounts. Sometimes it took several tries but cleared the bug. I haven't done it on the characters whose loadouts have different settings though.
