why did you up power of encounter (Fiery Bolt) from 13.5s to 15.5s on the live before the update?
I'm talking about the french live server.

is there someone sick at home ????
maybe a dev contracted covid 19 ???

    It's still 13.5 seconds for me. Perhaps you took off something that gave you reduced CDs?

    lol it's back to 13.5, frankly it's not stable French server, I will end up playing version English server.

    To the best of my knowledge, live servers are international and Russian. Other than that there are preview servers.

    yes I know, but when in French or English language option I see a difference in encounter power, even on live.
    well in short not serious.
