Manycoins bank heist skirmish won't unlock for me

Final campaign step says to do the skirmish but it shows it still locked. Saw this was a bug this time last year, maybe it's resurfaced? What am I missing? I have the acorns. Renaer's Salvation is completed. Went to check the Skirmish queue and it shows the red locked icon.
