The Plague Tower - A Plague of Madness quest

The second part of the quest bugs out [A plague of madness] Where you finally catch up to Rhazzard and need to face and kill him.

The boss fight. His health will go down to nothing and well... Then he stands around insulting you with his NPC lines, and doesn't even attack! (It was a little funny but considering this is one of the little story quests it be nice to fix it.)

    It is possible that burning light is bugging him. I can think of similar cases where theoretically CC immune bosses could bug out and not correctly phase if hit with CC.

    Never found out what it was. I believe the third try I got through in the end. Hopefully there has been no issue for other since!
    If I happen on it again and actually figure out what possibly caused it I'll let you know! Thank you
    Mmm the CC thing can be true for sure! I main is an OP healer & I have to say that path on that class has a lovely talent with finding ways to bug things out. I have gotten used to this but also I thought it best to start bring these issues to the forums after mod 15 because well I didn't see them mentioned and now I just come here with info on little issue just in case. I have no idea how many OP healers are reporting issues. It's some amount of help I can give back I guess.
