Drakehorn Necklace +1 Transmute Bug

The screenshots speak for themselves. Cloak of the Aboleth is an event item not obtainable anymore that I want to Convert to Appearance Library so I would appreciate this issue being fixed. Also, I do not have the Cloak already in my Appearance Library.

    I know this sounds silly but you have tried the normal one? The not +1 version?

    Necklaces don't have an Appearance so by themselves they cannot be added. However, since I made the Necklace look like the Cloak before the Appearance Library came about I need to add the Cloak to the Library, but because it's on a crafted +1 Necklace it does not have the option. Those blasted +1 crafted items have always been a nuisance in regards to issues such as this...

    Since the old transmute system is apparently not applicable anymore, all I can do is wait for this issue to get fixed.
