I am new in this game, what is the best way, to obtain runestones or enchantmente for my char? Its possible produce? Thanks for any advice

    Rank 1 you can buy at the Sage's shop. Then build them up.

    You can buy them from the Auction House.

    Rank 5 Draconic get handed out in the Well of Dragons like they are candy. Rank 5 Black Ice can sometimes be found in Icewind Dale.

    The basic 4 (Radiant, Dark, Azure, and Silvery) can be bought at Rank 5 from the Seal Trader in the Northwest inner corner of the Coster Market.

    Buy a month of VIP and you will get shedloads of Enchantments and Runestones at Rank 9 or 10

    Ah by far, start with rank 9s, save up to buy rank 13s
