Anyone else having problems getting in-game since maintenance?

"Login has timed out"

Every. Single. Time.

    Cannot log in via Arc as well, but can using the Neverwinter.exe directly.

    This happened earlier this month with Arc. Someone recommended just going directly to the game exe.

    Login is slower, especially in hours where many players are on
    game play is occasionally stuttering heavily, also in hours with high traffic
    Either many more people have started playing, or they messed with the server capacity

    That was yesterday (early afternoon in EST). That was Arc issue. If one didn't use Arc to connect but use the Neverwinter executable directly, there would be no issue.

    The issue reported by OP and those after that on the same day (Nov 12) and within that few hours (early afternoon EST, 1:15pm to 1:51pm) were about Arc.

    This is another thread that was created on the same day and almost the same time.
