Mount upgrade tokens - naff resolution

So for the upgrade tokens that we couldn't cash in due to the bug we have them in our inventory
BUT it won't let me trade in more than 1 of them .
So for the last few weeks I have a couple of them and I am stuck with the remainder .
Also this likely means that next week I would have to buy another set , turn that 1 in and still have the remainder left in my inventory .
Cryptic really not playing fair here ..........

also noticed there are now 17235 days left for the redeemed citadel .........

    Not sure about unfair part. Fairness is used to compare with others. If everyone is on the same boat, why is it unfair?

    Because of their bug people have tokens that they still can't utilise .
    People have 4 weeks of tokens that they should be able to convert .
    If Cryptic is worried about the extra tokens that people were incorrectley able to accrue then allow each account to convert the max of 4 weeks tokens that they legitimately bought and then all the rest get removed .

    Again, everyone are in the same boat and be treated the same way.
    In addition, if you bought it, you will have more tokens than others eventually because the item will not be available to purchase after Citadel restoration is completed. I take that as when either milestone 4 completed or ended.

    If I ask myself if I go back in time, do I still want to buy the pack every week knowing the condition (bug/fix)? My answer is I would.

    I see the unfairness in the opposite angle. I consider it was unfair for those who could not buy it when they wanted to because of the purchase bug.

    You could STILL purchase them when the bug was active just that you couldn't use them . many others " bought additional " tokens during this bug and have more than 4 weeks worth of tokens .
    Again just allow us to turn in the 4 weeks of tokens that we purchased . Remove all the rest and we are all still at the same point . It's cryptics bug that lasted 4 weeks , why should we be punished for playing by the rules ?

    No, you needed to purchase the mount pack before you purchased anything else. Many could not purchase it because they purchased something else first which is another bug.

    I do not dispute they should fix the bug properly and handle this better. My only argument is about unfair which is not my understanding of 'unfair'. I also don't see the 'punish' part.
