A path of improvement in the guild is in the alliance

Rather than trying to hack or start the guild map from scratch, there could be another map that would be a "commonplace" for Alliance members. Perhaps it would be necessary to think about guild rewards two or three or four times greater. A commonplace should also make it possible for more players to participate than the number that is allowed in the guild. The quests for this Alliance commonplace must be generic enough to be able to be done in more current modules...

Not exactly sure what you are suggesting about this commonplace map? More players than 40? Have your Alliance/SH reach that close? After 20+, it lag so bad most can't even see mobs during SH Mar or attack dragons during DF.

From a previous Dev stream, they did mentioned SH was coded by former Devs and they can't rework/update those codes, so they have to rebuild/rework from scratch. That why it is taking them so long and rarely/no SH updates at all. Their goals is for a complete rework/release of a new Stronghold. Hopefully this will be release sometime in 2021.

The common place for an alliance usually is one of the Stronghold. They do the alliance event there. In the good old days, alliance members jumping from one SH to another SH to kill 16 dragons in one Dragonflight.

The point is exactly this: instead of starting guilds from scratch, the idea is to create a common place for the alliance (and not for a specific guild). This place would be a next step in relation to the "module" of guilds and alliances. Then, just imagine what could be there: new types of heroic encounters, new quests to earn guild currency, etc ...
