My Game Crashes Instantly

HELP PLEASE!

After today's maintenance I can't launch any of the games. I play Star Trek Online and Neverwinter. Launcher doesn't even open. It instantly shows crash report window in upper right corner of my screen.
I re-installed Arc. I am not using ARC launcher for while now due to problems I had with it.
I try to launch game via arc - the same issue. INSTANT CRASH
What am I to do?
Full re-install?
And if launcher window doesn't open how would game even patch up?

I will try to back up file folders of STO and never winter and do full re-install.
Why I CAN'T LAUNCH EVEN LAUNCHER?
I had problems with neverwinter and with STO over the years, but it never been THIS bad. Always at last launcher opened.
Now, even that doesn't even open. Crash processing straight away.
Try to re-load crash again

Please can someone help?
I can't see on forums any posts regarding such issue.
So, is it only me?

    Does the launcher crash with a crash number? I recall when ever the launcher crash it gives a number, you can submit that number to CS and they may help or google the number.

    Just to clarify, you normally launch NW from your drive? Not from a game client like Arc/Steam. Check your recent window update, it may have change settings (firewall/exception list/etc.)

    Your option of a complete reinstall make sense, just incase important files got corrupted/damaged.

    How did files got corrupted?
    I finished all playing at about noon UK time. Logged off and shut pc down
    I switched PC on again at about 7PM UK TIME
    That was already after maintenance.
    I go and launch it and it happened
    I been using Launcher file from the gaming folder for like 8 month now.
    After severe trouble with ARC on other pcs
    I work in family business and my work places all got PCs. I am allowed to play game at work just as long as it doesn't interfere with the work. Arc would not work on the business pcs because ISP that provides for business has decided it is a dangerous third party malware.
    So, I been using launcher.exe from game folder.
    Ir worked FINE.
    Sometimes a bit of error. When Auth server was broken.
    This time - Launcher doesn't even open. I click on Launcher and it goes straight into crash
    Launching from Arc or via exe file the same thing.

    What is it?

    And now even crash processing fails. I click on it it crashes and fails to process a crash. So, so the crash itself crashes.

    I NEVER HAD IT THIS BAD. This had never happened to me.
    I came to neverwinter at the end of module 4 and I played Star Trek online for 2 years previously.
    I had never ever had anything like this.
    HOW DID THIS BREAK WHEN PC WAS SHUT DOWN?!

    I can't do force verify cuz this is done on the launcher window. And launcher would not launch.

    What the specification of your system? Hardware? Graphic card? OS? It appears nobody else has your type of problem at the moment.

    I put PC into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING and Launcher started

    What update did developers do? Here was no patch notes nothing. What did they updated that now I get this?

    What a I going to do to fix this?
    Any ideas?

    Intel, 3600Hz
    8192
    NVIDIA GEFORCE Card 3GB dedicated RAM

    I been running everything fine up till today after maintenance.

    Did developers updated some gaming engine or something that don't like my video card any more?
    PLEASE someone explain

    Scan shows I have DIRECTX 11installed.
    So, why is it still not working?
    Message says DIRECTX 10.0 or higher

    Does not seem to be a wide issue or else you have multiple posts raging about it. So more likely it is on your end or something very specific. A file could be corrupted by many means. Looks like you have window 7, there was someone in the Tech support recently complaint the game not running correctly for them and some suggested Window 7 might be the issue.

    Not sure if you have done so https://support.arcgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , they most likely have issues categorize and can offer some help. They may not be fast in response but at least they might have a solution.

    option A Try running windows 7 system restore to a previous checkpoint in time that the game worked .

    option B. Use windows 10 .. and stop using a 12 year old + potato operating system that is no longer supported even by Microsoft and no longer has security updates ...and you are using this for business too ? lol *shakes head*

    bonus points...... your video drivers as seen in your screen shot are 2+ years old maybe look into that ..
    ]
    and monitor running in a possibly unsupported resolution of 1280x960 maybe thats why it wont launch...

    dont blame developers when it is clear you have done less then your own due diligence even maintaining your computer ..yet expect everything to magically work forever after every patch ..
