Harvester Nightmare Vendor

I would just like to get this straight. I have not been playing the game for long but understand that, for some reason, just before events are over, there is server maintenance shutting down the shard and players cannot access the game. For the first time that I have been playing, the vendor for an event did not stick around... why????? Today, I finished up my last day of running the event, literally everyday, JUST as the shard was shutting down and I had to go to work. I come back and now I found out that it was for nothing???? There was one line highlighted in yellow weeks ago??? Please tell me THIS IS the nightmare as I just bought Zen thinking I was making headway in the game :((

    This is an event that goes through several events throughout the year, using the same store, not like other events that only come once a year. For this reason, there is no last chance vendor after the event ends. They even say this in the developer blog regarding the store in red.

    The currency you earned will be there for the next time an event like this comes along. Hell Pit for example. I didn't spend all mine either and will next time it comes around. I read that there was no last chance vendor this time so I was expecting this.

    I could have used my tokens (that was why I made a post asking what I should buy) but I forgot about losing the vendor. I went to buy at 1:09pm EST and the cut off time was 1pm. I blamed myself. In addition, I know I can use the tokens later and it may have an improved store next time.

    There was no mount upgrade token in Hell pit store. That would be the one I would have bought if I could buy it in time.

    There was no mount upgrade token in Hell pit store. That would be the one I would have bought if I could buy it in time.
    at the time of hell pit the idea of upgrading mounts wasnt even thought of
    but i do that that point

    Im sure I had some leftovers from Hellpit 2 but when I checked on that toon, nope nothign there, can you please confirm 100% you had leftovers from Hellpit before you did any of Harvester events please? :)

    I do. It is in event currencies section. I currently have 3 token of achievement, 9 Token of Challenge. 132 Token of Participation.
