Trobriand Pillar stuck at 0 HP and wont despawn or reset.

When we got to the final pillar during the Pillar Phase it was already at 0 HP, and we were unable to damage it.....the charge stopped building but there was nothing we could do.....we attacked it for about 2-3 mins then used the defeatme function.....we tried 4 more times to beat it but everytime this pillar spawned at 0 HP and when it got to the phase we couldn't damage it.
