Avernus T1 Hunt Reward Impression - Insulting Waste of My Time

I’ll start by saying I only ran half a dozen or so hunts yesterday (Auki & Cwinifrinn) and I know my sample size is too small to be significant.

The drops were a few fiend remains, white pearl, peridot, emerald. As a player spending time to gather materials to make the lure, this is an insult. I would have been happier with useless blue armor or a +1 ring. This is the latest content; it shouldn’t reward something of such low quality as a white pearl.

Drop rates are usually very bad, this is pretty much similar to Chult, then down the line they made drops 100%. Seem like the standard way of doing things for the Dev, make it frustrating then resolve it by increasing the rates. Also they do want to sell those key packs with hunt lures....

I don't mind the drop rate for desirable items being low. But running content should feel a little rewarding.

One of the content providers ran 70 hunts with no good drops. For "horizontal" game play, the hunts are simply a waste of time IMO.

Games are supposed to be fun. Not to beat a dead horse but ever since Mod 16 there has been less and less fun in Neverwinter. At this point I'm not sure why I even log in anymore.
