Why did the package not appear in the store?

    What the hell did they write that you could choose a companion.
    I couldn't even buy this package because it didn't show up in the store.
    But maybe that's also good, because at least I wasn't fooled.

    It said you have a CHANCE to get unbound companion choice pack.

    "The Heroes of Neverwinter unbound companion choice pack has a chance to drop from Elite Refinement Packs this weekend!"

    Ok, I read it wrong.
    But why, this package did not appear at my place at all?

    It was there, you need to look harder I think. I know people who bought it. I know 2 people who got the companion pack.
