Do Mount Collars work

Hey Guys, I only got the at-will bonus mount collar so far.

The bonus it is supposed to give would be 4 % on at-Wills as I have upgraded the purple one to orange.

Now I wonder if the bonus actually works as there is nothing in my buffbar that stated the bonus.

I haven´t tested via damage comparison as I am actually unwilling to do such.

So, has anyone confirmed them working or not-working ?

    The point with sniper and melee perk from rings and other gear is, that it shows

    I had assumed that the buff from the collars would also show for that reason

    Find a dummy. Hit it and compare the numbers with and without the collar to estimate.

    Collars aren't buffs as such.
