A whisper, ready to turn into a scream (Whisperknife)

Good day to all!

I've been playing Neverwinter for a long time. I played Neverwinter in all classes. Now I like Whisperknife. But I don't like that he doesn't have the ability to compete with the Assassins.

Log in to the game. To any location. Open the player search. Examine any rogue. And again. And more. In a different location. Spend the evening on it. And tell me, how many Whisperknife have you met?

Answer my question, why is there no Whisperknife in this game? Because you implemented the Assassin well in the game? Because an Assassin with even worse armor shows high damage? Because the Assassin has at least one very strange mechanic - "Bleed" from "Duelist's Flurry". Added Effect: Attacks from the flurry each have a chance to add a Bleed effect which can be stacked up to 10 times.

You may not have paid attention, but through the banal "Advanced Combat Tracker", you can see how much damage this "Bleed" gives out. I ask myself - is this such a mechanic? Or another feature?
For passing the dungeon, an "Bleed" gives out more damage than any other combat skill. More than a daily skill. Why don't Whisperknife's "ricochets" of "shurikens" take the top line of damage?

You can see the solution to the problem in changing the damage magnitudes? But I see it in changing the mechanics. As an example: "ricochets" are scalded from the enemy's HP. Or, as an option: "Shadow of Demise" calculates not 30% damage, but all 100% damage in 5 seconds. Why not? Clerics are allowed? Because the entire set of attacks for 5 seconds in total gives out several times less than many classes knock out 1 button click.

Whisperknife Lives Matter!

If you need proof, I will provide it. Loggs. Screenshots. Although you already have as proof almost 100% of rogue assassins on all servers.
