Error for limit of Canian Iron Bars (Ticket 286413)

I keep getting an error saying I have reached the limit for receiving Canian Iron Bars. It says I have to wait another week to collect more Canian Iron Bars when my weekly progress shows 0/175. I have not collected my maximum since today's reset. I have relogged, shut down, restarted both game and computer with no change. I can't even pick up one bar from a map chest without getting that error. Now I can't complete quests in fear of losing Canian Iron bBars.

    Did you get that message when you were opening map chest only?
    I think there are 2 separate limits for the Iron bar.
    One by doing quests and that goes to the campaign progress.
    The other one comes from non-quest drop which does not contribute to the campaign progress.

    Yes, I see that error all the times and I have over 100 maps for 2 characters. That did not stop me to top up the campaign progress. One easy way to check. Go to the quest giver. Return the quest but don't click the final one to confirm it. Check the rewards to see if there is iron (such as 5,7,25). If there is, you are good.

    Are you using the Skyblazer companion's buff for gaining bars? There's a limit to how much you can get with him per week.

    i think you can get 25 canian bars from the treasure map chests that are in addition to the limit set on the campaign progress. might not be 25, but it is a number and it is outside/in addition to the campaign total. so if you have opened lots of chests and hit that limit you will keep getting the warning until Monday reset. your total canian bar count will have increased to show the extra 25, plus you can still earn your 175 limit from the campaign quests/weeklies, so in actuality you can earn something like 200 bars total per week.

    Thank you all for the comments and insight. It turns out you nailed it with the map chest limit as I tried turning in a quest and got bars. I was not using Skyblazer companion. I'll add the info to my ticket and close it out. Happy hunting.
