elite slayer weekly challenge

in Bug Reports (PC)
redeemed citadel, the "elite slayer" weekly challenge reads:
"kill 100 elite enemies in Avernus"
elite enemies in HE, such as infernal war machine and souls coins, both in haruman's hill, are not counting for this challenge

    Are HE mobs "elite" or are they just difficult mobs in general? The Elite mobs are in the upper area of the Scab and the lower area of the Docks.

    the elites from the garyx pack aren't being counted either

    he elites from garyx and mog should count as I know that they most certainly count for the daily quests or at least they did the last time I did those two quests.
