Can't start the game at all

Hello good morning
Neverwinter-offline

Today i can't play due to this issue can you help me know what is wrong?
Are the servers down? This has never happen to me before

    Ya, after the reset this day, i have multiple dc, authentication server problem while restart, repeatly.
    all worked great, before the reset.

    2 min game time then DC, 5 min waiting fore server to log in again then 2 min game time..........not the greatest way to use a sunday afternoon.

    Make sure your DNS server resolves patchserver.crypticstudios.com as 208.95.184.200.

    Some of the previous reported problem indicated certain players' system DNS did not get 208.95.184.200 but some IP address in Russia.
