Changing Mount Power

I've been trying to change my mount power for the last couple days, but it won't let me.
Is this a bug because of the new mythic mounts coming soon or just a glitch.

    Happened to me as well on one of my alts. I managed to temporarily fix it by clearing my mount combat power, so none is selected, and then it will let me slot in the one I want

    When this happens Press "X" to clear mount power and then you will be able to pick a different power. I think the issue is that the game thinks you are in combat but Idk. I had this same issue happen to me and clearing the mount power worked. It's been a thing since mod 19 release.

    Another way is by changing to view to grid view, then you'll be allowed to change.
