Reforged blessing bundle

deldrachdeldrach Member Posts: 178 Arc User
I recently purchased this bundle. I clicked on the item in my inventory and it went away without unlocking the race or milestone awards. I signed out multiple times and still didn’t see anything. Anyone else having this problem?

I bought the bundle and did not get anything. There were no items in my inventory, reclaim agent, mail, etc. The only thing missing was my ZEN ;-)

What's going on? How do I know that the bundle actually did what it is supposed to do?

I see. The fact that I was able to claim a reward from the lower row after reaching 7000 tokens tells me that the bundle actually worked.

I still wish Cryptic would have added something more obvious. This ZEN market item works different than most of the others. The only feedback I got was a "plink" sound. That's confusing.

One thing to note before you buy the bundle.... try waiting for a "20% off any item" voucher - it brings the price down to 4000 - a worthwhile saving.
    Hoping for improvements...

but remember the bundle will no longer be available after first milestone reached
and its looking very likely first milestone will be hit by sunday

It's account wide. I purchased it on one of my alts, as that was where a 20% off any item dropped from an invoke bag.

sorry I am sure this question was covered elsewhere, but I find it difficult reading through all the different threads about the Redeem Citadel:

If you buy the REFORGED BLESSING BUNDLE, it says that it allows you to 'play at your own pace' - just to be sure, that means you still have to finish this limited campaign by the time that it ends, right?

or will the redeemed citadel setting/zone still be available after the event concludes (after the 4th milestone has ended)?

If in doubt, always go to the source.

"This exciting new limited time campaign will only run once, culminating in the full restoration of the citadel! Be sure to participate as each milestone becomes available over the next few months. Once the next module releases, the Redeemed Citadel will disappear from the Sword Coast Chronicles for those who have not participated. Those who have will always be able to review their past participation or claim any unclaimed rewards. And of course, those who purchased a blessing may earn personal progress whensoever they choose. Note; however, that blessings may only be purchased before the associated milestone ends!"

interesting, sorry - I guess I did not read the item description carefully enough.

so that means that people that have purchased the Reforged Blessing Bundle will always have access to the Redeemed Citadel Zone? That does sound appealing to me.

I do not know how you earn progress in the campaign (yet), but I suppose it means that you would only be able to run the campaign encounters with other people that have purchased the Reforged Blessing Bundle, after the limited time campaign has ended. Would that make it difficult to progress in the campaign or is the progress very solo-able?

The only question that is not answered (or I did not find it) is what happens if you purchased the bundle and for example you dont farm favors and the next milestone starts (or more than one), so you can have 2 or more milestones active.

Your favors count for the first milestone and when you reach 28k they start counting for the second milestone? or if you have more than one milestone active the favors count for all of them?

If is the second case, I think I will wait and farm 28k favors and fill the 4 milestones instead of 112k.

In any case, the farm is too much, I hope they have planned something to aleviate this. More missions would be ideal, or daily missions instead of weekly.

The progress is to get favor. The way to get favors (based on milestone 1 experience):
    1. do quest
    2. kill random mob
    3. using car to run over monster
    4. do HE
    5. do MoG or Garyx
    6. ...

The first 3 can be solo. The last 2 can be done with other random onsite players (who don't have to participate). Yes, it is very solo-able if you can kill random mob. You can always pick the weak bunch if you are not strong enough. If you are strong, small HE and 5 can be solo. If you are already doing Path of the fallen, you should be okay.
