Add Citadel to Map of Avernus

Driving, riding and then walking, especially thru the empty
corridors of the Citadel is slow and dull. (Try it with a CW)

Once the angels retake the Citadel it should be added to the
overall Map of Avernus.

    Agreed. I'm not sure what the benefit is of making players have to drive to the scab then run/ride all the way to the elite area to reach the portal. surely we can have a marker on the Avernus map, after all both the wastes and the travelling market are already on it and theres plenty of space for another marker on the screen.

    Yes, quite a large miss by the developers.
