Metallic Ancestry Dragonborn Starry Hat Issues

I have had the Starry Hat on my regular Dragonborn character for years. I recently upgraded to Metallic Dragonborn and not hat no longer appears or can be used or seen. Many of my friends have experienced this as well. If my Dragonborn can wear it why can't my Metallic? Will you be addressing this and fixing this issue?

    I have a ticket in for it. suggest you do too. I at least want it unbound so I can sell it if I can't wear it. colossal waste of farming as it is.
