Bought Metallic Dragonborn Reroll Bundle but received no race reroll

I bought the Metallic Dragonborn Reroll Bundle but race reroll is still grayed out in my character menu.

Anyone else having this issue? Is it a known issue?

    try logging out and back in aagain may take a couple tries

    As a reminder, the re-roll token only shows up after you login and BEFORE you get into any character.

    If you get into a character and then come back to switch character screen, the re-roll will not show up.
    You need to logout and login again. I believe the effect is by design and want to have a 'clean' account state to re-roll a character.
