I have been trying for a week and a half to get this game to launch, but it WILL NOT get past 75% on the Cryptic splash screen. I've tried force verifying, deleting bins.hogg and patching again, turning off On demand patching and of course uninstalling completely and reinstalling.
The only kind of crash log I can find gives me this:
200503 23:02:12 1 CrypticLauncher[1]: Created. CrypticRPCManager_FindOrCreate called from e:\branches\crypticlauncher2020\libs\utilitieslib\utils\crypticrpc.c(2462)
200503 23:02:13 2 CrypticLauncher[1]: Changed to state DISCONNECTED because Link doesn't exist or disconnected
200503 23:05:20 1 CrypticLauncher[1]: Created. CrypticRPCManager_FindOrCreate called from e:\branches\crypticlauncher2020\libs\utilitieslib\utils\crypticrpc.c(2462)
200503 23:05:21 2 CrypticLauncher[1]: Changed to state DISCONNECTED because Link doesn't exist or disconnected
I am at a real loss, and I have no idea what to do after this. Star Trek Online crashes at the exact same point of the loading bar.

I try to use your above locations file path and could not find any similar files.
I had the game installed on Steam and I wasn't playing it since last summer. Few days ago I decided go use it again and after the update of the game client and the patch, when I start the game it crashes as soon as it ends up the Cryptic loading screen.
I uninstalled the game few times and I tried to install it even from Arc but I still get the same issue. Tried also to launch it in safe mode, in windowed mode and even with the line "-console", as found on another thread here on the forum.
Hope someone of you could give us some good advices to solve it.
Many thanks
> Uninstall the game, delete the entire folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Arc and delete the entire folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Neverwinter_en (or wherever you saved the game) Restart computer. Make sure steam client is not running. Reinstall game from Arc. See if it works.
Thanks for giving me help, but neither this solution worked... I'm basically running out of ideas, mainly in order to understand why it cames out this kind of error....
That's the line I found out into the degub log inside the game folder...

CUESDK.x64_2015.dll seems to be a Corsair .dll. Also, is there anyway to get a 32bit install for my 64bit system?
