I am sure I cannot be alone in my dismal failure to log on to the Arc web site. I never have problems logging into the game. However, trying to log onto this site is a nightmare. Every time I attempt to log in, it says that I am at a new location and must, therefore, have a passcode. Well, if you count the occasional half an inch from dusting under my laptop yes but otherwise, no.
Arc sends me a pin which takes a while to come and by the time it has come, it seems to have expired. So then another one comes and I try that and press submit pin but it doesn't seem to like it but doesn't actually say that I entered the wrong pin. Wash, rinse and repeat until my five allowed attempts have been made and that's it for twenty four hours.
I appreciate the need for security but surely, something is wrong when it keeps on telling me that I have a new application (whatever that means) when I am not and then the pins, don't seem to work? Oh, and as I type, I have had the usual follow up message from Arc saying that "This application has now been added to your login activity list." Hello? No new laptop and no new location. What is going on? I dread trying to log on here.
