Why hasn't Insurgency been patched yet?

Seriously, why is this still broken? Only dps are capable of getting the rod at this point. People want support classes like tanks and healers yet the player is punished for being one with cap like this.

Can this please get resolved soon?

    Yea , the whole insurgent thing is broke . Dead instances are still plentiful . Rewards not given Everytime you complete one etc
