where is my zen???

I made a 200$ zen purchase well over an hour ago and still have not even got an email verification. It said pending transaction. Why do i have to wait god knows how long for this??? Why no email letting me know what happened to my money???

    this cant be happening I just got the email saying my 23000 zen purchase went through but in game i only recieved 3000 zen not 23000

    @airavis1 I recommend sending a "billing" ticket via https://support.arcgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    After submitting your ticket, make sure you get a confirmation email they got the ticket. They are usually very quick to respond back when it is zen/billing related.

    They responded to my ticket really fast and fixed the problem. Fastest i have ever seen in a game. They claimed the it was some type of display bug that required a full relog of game. Either way the responce time was great.
