Issue selling AD for Zen?

Is there an issue with selling Astral diamonds for Zen? When I try to buy Zen, it's basically blank. When you buy Astral diamonds I can see amounts and it shows as normal?

    No ones selling Zen . That is the reason .

    To elaborate, that is an exchange, where players sell each other zen for AD and vice-versa. The system does allow to make an offer to buy zen at a price, and when some becomes available at that price, and all other offers previous to yours are filled, then you will get Zen. However, there is no guarantee that you will get your zen in any timely fashion.
