VIP Login Bug

Hello there!

I just recently encountered a bug to where I'm unable to claim my daily VIP benefits from the inventory bag. I've logged out and relogged in via Steam and Arc and still have encountered it. I was thinking maybe with my character sitting in the Avernus instances that might have delayed things; so I waited for at least 5 minutes before relogging and trying again. My bag shines to indicate the fact I have an unclaimed benefits for the day. I'm just hoping to get this resolved. I just wanted to login, use the daily key benefit, open a lockbox and improve my weapons and gear from the various gemstones I've been getting. Thanks in advance to the devs should you be able to resolve this issue.

    Also, there's way too much rubberbanding I'm noticing in Avernus currently. I'm not sure if its my connection or the shard has gone bonkers. The past few days I've been able to quickly login and claim benefits and logout. While logged on just a few moments ago, I couldn't even get the support window to load up to put in a ticket. I'm hoping a dev can help a player out here?

    For the last month or so, there is a delay in the VIP related icons showing up. It is affected by lag. Worse lag results in a longer delay. If you check in PE, it will take longer than in some less populated zone. Avernus is terribly laggy now. I would recommend not logging out there. Use the signpost or travel gate when you are done playing and move to someplace like Helms Hold. When you log back in, the delay should be much less.

    If you are in certain Avernus instance, it may take a long time to load up stat for character. There is no VIP issue but there is a long lag issue for the character to load up properly for your VIP (and other stuff). It may take a long while but you can claim your VIP. I have about 20 characters to claim VIP stuff everyday. Moonstone mask can be your best bet. However, since your VIP may take a while to load, you may not have sigpost or Moonstone mask teleport ability until you get your VIP up (then it is moot to jump).

    If you were in a 'bad' Avernus instance, wait for 5 minutes is not enough. You properly will end up in the same bad instance. Yes, I tried that. I have many characters. I left the one that had trouble and switched to others. When I came back to that one (more than 5 minutes because I was doing some insurgency for others), he was in the same 'bad' instance.

    Just sounds like it's time to reboot the shard even though maintenance happened this morning. I think a hard reset of the shard will positively affect the server in a good way. Hell it might help those looking for that RNG. The rubber banding yesterday was what was killing me badly. I'd reload to Moonstone only to wind back up in Avernus arbitrarily. I had that weird bug where the level is loading in front of you while you're character can move around. Like I was still in Avernus but also in Mooonstone Mask. That shouldn't have happened at all. Not sure if that's a loading bug or not, but I'd like to think so. Seems like instances need to expand for more playerbase and be more concise similarlly to Conig-Caer or in Mantol-Derith.

    To get free from a broken Vallenhas instance I wait for my instance change timer to expire and then switch to a different instance of Vallenhas hoping it's not also broken. From there you should be able to use travel gates or port to the Mask as normal. I won't log out there again...

    Edit: In this context broken means rubber banding and being unable to use travel gates.
