Metallic Dragonborn's Incoming Healing is not shown in character stats

The race has a +3% incoming healing but it is not shown in the character stats.
An 'empty' character should have at least the +3% incoming healing.

Is the bonus even working / applied on incoming healing?

Same behavior on preview server.

    I'm going to be looking to buy this race soon. Can someone confirm if the healing buff is broken?

    You should see something at the bottom of the powers page mentioning it, I dont think any of the dragonborn extras show on the character sheet itself.
