Average ticket response time

What's the average ticket response time? I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and haven't gotten a response. Is there a number I can call or do they have live chat support or something?

    Most of my tickets got a respond within 72hrs or less.

    May 25th was a USA Holiday, so they would be backlog coming back on Tuesday.

    Also in these uncertain times of Covid, you never know if work places suddenly lock down or stay-at-home order or significantly reduced supports.
