Swordman's Perk is bug on some skills of the fighter mod 19 (maybe 18 too)

In the Fighter the next encounters, daily and feat are not affected by swordman's perk (3% melee damage):
-Prepared Slam
-Commander's Strike
-Mow Down
-EarthShaker

I don't know if it is intentional or is a bug.

    As far as I know any skill that has the tooltip Range: xx' is considered range and is not affected by melee perk. Skill should be Range: Melee on the upper right tooltip of skill to be affected by melee perk.
