What time of day do VIP item claims reset?

I'm on the east coast of America and I'm not sure what time the VIP items reset each day?
I'm gonna rip your head off and make it my puppet! (NwN2)

    It resets at the same time that you can first invocate on a new day .
    For me in the UK it is currently set at 11 am GMT ( which I think is 5 am eastern US )

    6 AM, because of daylight savings time

    6am reset time right now on east coast an 5am central time (this i kno bc texas is central time an they one hrbehind me in georgia where i live) an pt is 3am (this i kno bc cali is 3hrs behind me)
